WittySkills Privacy Policy

WittySkills follows Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA and collects only the data needed to run the platform. Main points:

What we collect: profile data (name, email, time zone, region, bio) and course data (enrolments, assignments, grades, messages).
Google Drive: WittySkills only works with the files it creates for your courses, never your other files.
Payments are handled by Stripe, and teacher ID verification by Didit or Stripe; WittySkills never sees your card number.
Class log: teachers see when their students first play each course video and click to join a class. Kept 18 months.
Ended courses: students keep the content 3 months; it is deleted 18 months after the course ends (Google Drive files stay in their owner's Drive).
Your right to be forgotten: delete your profile at any time from Account Settings.
